OUR PROCESS
START WITH A FREE, IN-PERSON ESTIMATE
Reach out to us and share your vision for your next project. We will ask questions to get to know your goals, budget, and timeline. Once we’re aligned on a few of the details we will schedule a free in-person estimate at a time that is convenient for you. During the estimate we will take measurements, collect further details or plans that you may have on the project, and provide some expert feedback on the initial consultation. If you’d like, we can connect you with one of our designers to support design goals.
ESTIMATE REVIEW AND REVISION
Within a week we will provide an honest and fair estimate for your project based on all the information collected to that point. You will have an opportunity to review the estimate and make adjustments to your plans or materials. We can give expert advice on how the project can be adjusted to meet your goals.
CONTRACT AGREEMENT
Once we have all the details ironed out regarding construction plans, timeline, and budget we will sign the contract and accept down payment.
START OF WORK
It’s time to get this party started! Our crew is ready, the supplies are delivered, and your project begins on the agreed upon scheduled start date.
PROGRESS OF WORK
Throughout the project we are available for communication regarding questions, concerns, timeline, and updates. Any adjustments made from the estimate or original timeline will be shared and discussed with you in order to determine how to best move forward. Excellent communication is one of our skills that sets us a part from competitors.
COMPLETION OF JOB
At the completion of your job you will have an opportunity to review our work and share feedback for adjustments. Our crew will leave your worksite clean, free of any trash and leftover materials.
